63 years old male patient , farmer by occupation came to ophthal op with C/O diminision of vision in left eye since 2 years which was gradually progressive.

HOPI :-

Patient was apparently asymptomatic 2 years back.Then he developed diminision of vision in left eye which was insidious in onset and gradually progressive.

PAST HISTORY :-

H/O SICE in Right eye 4 years back in KIMS NKP.

H/O Diabetes mellitus 4 years back

TREATMENT:

1.STRICT DIABETIC DIET

2.Human Actrapid Insulin s/c 

3.GRBS MONITORING

4.Inform SOS
